This Returns and Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through Hendey & Sons LLC. By placing an order on our website or through our sales team, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in original condition.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Custom-fabricated components

Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Freight-damaged items not reported at the time of delivery
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our team at {Alanhendey@hendeyandsons.com} to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

Returns without an RA number may be refused.

Approved returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued after inspection and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 25% may apply on non-defective returns or large quantity product returns.
2. Warranty Policy
Standard Warranty
All Hendey & Sons LLC. products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation for the following periods:

What Is Covered

Manufacturer defects in material or workmanship

Functional failure under normal use

Damage caused during shipping (must be reported within 5 days of delivery)
What Is Not Covered
-
Improper installation or use
-
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Product modification, misuse, or abuse

Water damage from freezing or contamination
Filing a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please contact {Alanhendey@hendey@sons.com} with:

Product name and order number
-
Date of purchase and installation
-
Description of the issue

Supporting photos if applicable
If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.
3. Freight Damage Policy
All freight deliveries must be inspected at the time of delivery. If damage is found:

Note the damage with the delivery driver before signing the bill of lading

Take clear photos of the damage

Report the issue to Alanhendey@hendeyandsons.com within 5 business days
Failure to document and report damage in a timely manner may void your eligibility for replacement or credit.
