This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through our website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Hendey & Sons LLC, you agree to the terms stated below.
 

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

If there is a delay in processing your order due to availability or other circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

 
Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on order size and delivery location. These may include:

  • UPS Ground or Express

  • FedEx Ground or Freight

  • USPS (for small components)

  • LTL freight carriers for oversized orders

Shipping carrier and method will be selected at our discretion unless you request otherwise at the time of order.

Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Any custom freight arrangements or expedited delivery requests may incur additional charges.

  • Shipping costs will be confirmed at checkout or during quote confirmation.

 
Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected and delivery address. Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

  • Freight: 5–10 business days (depending on location and carrier availability)

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.

 
Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently ship within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., please contact us directly.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for freight or large item deliveries.

  • Large items may require a loading dock or equipment to receive the shipment.

 
Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit:

  2. We will work with the carrier to initiate a claim.

  3. Replacement products or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, once the investigation is complete.
